Trying to cancel account

In July we went to cancel account which was about to end but they still subtracted each month. In November we went in again to try and cancel again and they told us they can see on system that there's a note to cancel but it was never done and then told us that it is fixed now and they will refund us but they just subtracted again this month. They owe us 3 months installments already. Doesn't seem that there is any competent people available to cancel the contract. MTN is our money!!!
