Telkom
4months and still no service!

4months and 5 reference numbers later, we still have been unable to get telkom to assist in supplying us with new telephone lines. After we continuously call and explain to them that we are located at a particular address, they go to the wrong address and tell us that the system On which they log our call is sending them a different address and even though they understand the problem there's nothing they call do about it. Can any1 please assist, we really don't know what to do
