I recently upgraded my contract to Samsung S4, but with all the phones great capabilities, I have been let down by the extremly poor network coverage by Cell C.
I can not connect to the internet and my chat services are extremly slow.
i phoned in to the call centre on Sunday, and was told I would recieve feedback within 48 hours (ref no. 3082500534), yet I have still not received any feedback (mind you, they were very quick to contact me when my phone was due for an upgrade).
I have constanly experienced this problem in the past, and was told to change my network settings to Vodacom... i might as well switch my contrat to vodacom if that is the patheic solution I get!!!
Why should I continue a contract for another 24 months when the service delivery is nothing short of hopeless... there surely should be legal rights to cancel a contract if the service provider cannot provide a service which I AM PAYING FOR!
Note: I have another Cell C contract due for an upgrade but will not be doing so, if this is the type of service I can expect!
