Bundle Upgrade - Loss of Service

We upgraded our do internet bundle to the do uncapped advanced option on Friday (01/02/2013) at the Gateway Telkom branch (order number: 92073/25). We were told it would become effective immediately. On the evening of that Friday, the service stopped. After a 30 minute hold on the 10210 helpline, I spoke to a Lungelo/Lungalo who hung up on me without notice. We then phoned again on Sunday (20h30) and very rude Indian man, told us merely that we need a new username and hung up the line without assissting. I have now just been cut off again by the consultant (09h30) after a 40 minute hold. Our fault number of 813CNK010213 has also not been resolved. Totally sub-standard service on numerous occasions.
