Poor service: call centre hold time exceeds 1 h

I have been struggling to get through to the Telkom option call center for the past couple of days. I have literally held on for more than an hour on a number of occasions and have never succeeded to speak to an agent.

At present, my package with Telkom is as follows:

o Telkom Simple
o Voice line
o DSL Fast Bundle
o Closer callcatcher
o Telkom Evening W/Ender Plan
o T1 Do Uncapped Basic

I simply wish to remove the following services:

o Telkom simple package
o DSL Fast Bundle
o Closer Callcatcher
o T1 Do Uncapped Basic

The following services should be left AS IS:
o Voice line
o Telkom Evening W/Ender Plan

In addition, I have no service on my land-line at present. I have reported this issue (ref number 175CTK250114), but have received no feedback whatsoever. I need a technician to attend to this problem ASAP please.

I have even visited the retail store at Centurion - they refused to assist.

This is a new standard for poor call centre service - I cannot get hold of anyone to assist with my query!!!
