Lines for the 1st time not being replaced

Good Day

I am so frustrated with Telkom and their useless service that it makes me sick!
They have no competition so they just do as they please regardless of who gets hurt in the process.
I recently moved to a new house and once everything got settled and in place i needed to get my Telkom line moved to the new location.

The overhead cables have been and i gave them a call about this on the 1st of December 2013.
i have yet to be notified about the solution forward with the cable and i DO NOT WANT 3G OR I-BURST as I am using Mweb.

These Clowns have not only cost me a lot of inconvenience but almost my job too as i do a lot of I.T work from home remotely.

I had to go in to work from December right thru to the new year to catch up on all my out standing work as nothing could be done from home.

I was on the phone with them yesterday for 1 hour and 14 minutes as I got transferred to every single department they have as no one there knows what the they are doing.

And yes I have been billed for the entire December even tho I had no connectivity since i moved and requested this issue to be addressed.

I am just so tired of all of this and have no more ideas what to do...
