I have been billed R13.60 3 x daily since 1 jan 2013 for a service I never regestered to, when querying this with vodacom and requesting the refund they pass the buck to WASPA who are uncontactable. Vodacom are happy to bill me for something on the word of a company that will not even talk to me but are not even willing to assist me in resolving this (their client). I have now been on the line with vodacom for 17 minutes and counting trying to cancel my contract, even now they can not provide service. Someone anyone at vodacom pls contact me so that I can end this contract which you clearly do not want to honor!
