I took 2x contracts under the 5gig options on the samsung galaxy note3 @ R499 each. We were explained that you get 100min, 100smses and 5gig data. We were happy to take these as the sales rep Said that the first 100mins are free and 100smses pm and thereafter we will get billed per min rates. Not even 2 weeks into the Contract I reported a problem with my smses where I was informed that my smses are finished and should I want to sms we need to add a spending limit. I was instructed by the call centre to go to a branch to sort it out. During this time my phone out option was blocked due to insufficient funds? Could not understand as I am on contract? So then I went to a branch and asked how this is possible where a lady explained that we need to add a spending limit. In other words "prepaid" is how the contract actually works instead of you recharging you have to get a limit approved through HQ? We asked to then rather migrate the contracts to unlimited and were advised with the next debit order that it will be activated. Nothing happened and apparently on the 30th Dec we were told that migration is not possible after. Cancel my contract please as I was mislead and not explained.
