Its been 2 months now trying to resolve this problem and the service I have receive is nothing else then pathetic. I have spoken to a Michelle a Swadi and last but definitely not the least Shahida. Shahida's excuse for not resolving my problem was that she wrote down the name and then she forgot what the query was about.
Here is my problem:
I was phone by a telemarketer with a very attractive contract and I took 2 contracts. After I have received the first phone I openend it and started to download whatsapp but at 8% I received a message that my data was depleted. To my surprise because the sales person told me that with the contract I receive 5gig data. I immediately phoned 8ta and they explained to me how the contract works and that its only a certain meg of 8ta data and a certain meg of all net data. And in the north west there is NO 8ta zone so that left the contract useless to me. I phoned sell direct that next working day and they told me that an investigation will be launched to determine if the contract was explained to me. Eventually they took the phone back but I am still being billed by Telkom mobile. Today they are AGAIN not answering their phones???
