Paying for a contract I didn't take out

After my last complaint I found out that MTN has opened an account for me that still now needs to run 23 months, I never received a phone from them and recently opened an account at Altech. To make matters even worse MTN took an amount in excess of R1500 from my account this month for a contract I don't have and don't want to have at all. As explained earlier due to the terrible service and empty promises I told MTN Bedfordview that I will not take a contract with them. I please want my money put back in my account ASAP, especially due to the large amount that was taken. This now put a serious strain on my financial situation. If the money is not returned before the end of the month I will take legal steps in this matter. Please contact me regarding this ASAP.
