Lack of response to queries

I upgraded my contract just before Christmas and I got a new phone. However, the charger does not fit the phone, so I emailed then and got a response that this would be fixed. Nothing happened but the case was closed! Tried again and again and each time they close the case before they fixed the problem. I now discover that they did not cancel my previous contract completely and I am being double billed for the data charges. These are simple things to fix and my complaint is that there is effectively NO RESPONSE from my email queries. I do not wish to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve this and will only use email. After trying for 2 weeks to get a proper fix to my problems I now am totally convinced that they they must the most incompetent customer service in the country. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, and pay a lot every month, and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired about this incompetence. Let us see is Hello Peter works! This is my first ever time using this service, but I am at boiling point now. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL WITH A FIX!
