No response from support when emailing

I have send two emails with regards to a problem I have. That was one 4 weeks ago and one 3 days ago. All I get is a automated reply.
I took out a new contract with Cell C end of April. Since then I had the phone I took physically 13 days with me the rest of the time it was at repairs (still with repairs). After only having the phone for 8 days it gave problems I took it back. About 2 weeks later they call saying I can com fetch the phone its fixed. The very same day I went to fetch the phone it did exactly the same thing, No signal. The next day I took it back again. The sale consultant said he would ask for a new phone which of cause made me happy. But after a week I received a ssm saying the phone is at the repair shop.
My problem is the fact that people get quicker responses on Hello Peter then when going through the proper support channels. At this point in time I am looking for a way to cancle this contract since I have no benefit in it and I get billed for it. Any advise?
The bad thing is I am currently out of the country so the only way I can communicate is via email. But yet I get no response. Maybe its expected because even when you do phone you have to hold the line.
