Not happy with my Blackberry&Cell C's service

I got my new BB Z10 not even a month ago. Then it starting giving me problems with bbm and facebook, I sent it back a week later. I waited 3 weeks for the phone (got it back 19/5/2013) and they didn't fix anything, in fact the phone is slower now. I phoned Cell C Customer Care on Monday 20/5/2013 to help me with this, no one answered in the cancellation department, then I sent them an email and still no response, I want them to cancel this contract or just put me on another contract that doesn't include a Blackberry, I'm sick of them. i don't want a new Blackberry or a fixed one, all i want is another contract. But looks like Cell C doesn't want to provide good service. its not even a month old. i don't want to keep sending my phone back and wait 3 weeks to get it back and then nothing is fixed. then I'm paying for nothing!? They can have the phone back, I don't want it.
