No answer on phone and sim swap not done

We went into the store to perform a sim swap on the morning of the 6th of January this is after five visits to various MTN stores to provide an upgrade to the iphone. once the sim swap was done no salesman mentioned that a different sim card required. The sim swap was done on the premises and we were assured that it would be activated within 24 hours. On the 7th of january 24 hours later i called the 808 MTN number to find out what was happening with the upgrade and I was told that the upgrade was not done and that there was no record of the sim swap. MTN was rude and unhelpful!!!

I attempted to call the rosebank branch 5 times and never got through so I called the MTN 808 number again and i got a lady who was helpful enough to try and get hold of the store however she too was unsuccessful

I do not understand how a business can operate if they do not answer their phones, Avoid Rosebank MTN.
