I called MTN customer care this morning to do Sim swap as usually when i lost my Sim card. The lady ask me security questions wich i got them correctly i bealive. I was told to switch my sim card off for 2 hours wich i did. Later when i am switching my Sim card on, the sim swap was not processed. Then i try to call my number only to find out the was someone else picking up and i was so lost how could this happen because the sim swap was done. I called again to ask about this matter, they told me that the sim swap was done but to a wrong number. I am so frustrated and angry because i was waiting for a very important call and a very important sms. I imagine i am a lady and my sim swap was done to a man Sim card and the calls that i was suppose to receive was answered by a man wich i don't even know.(angry)
