I just dont understand what the is wrong with Cell C! On Tuesday I called the customer service to arrange for last month's missed payment to be deducted with this month's payment & I specifically told the agent that since I get paid on the 25th of every month, the amount must be deducted on the 25 DECEMBER 2013! Clearly some imbecille didn't get that in their finance dept because today Cell C tried to debit my account and now I've incurred an unnecessary bank charge of R138 for an unpaid item! I'm fuming right now because I made it clear on the call that the deduction must be on the 25 DEC but clearly their stupid finance dept just couldn't get that even though the agent confirmed that 2 transactions will be deducted on the 25th for the contract. You'd better refund me for that bank charge Cell C. I called again this morning to request a statement to be e-mailed to me so that I can pay the account at a supermarket. The agent confirmed that the e-mail is sent on 2 provided e-mail addresses but I'm still waiting even now. Clearly Cell C lacks a lot when it come to assisting customers. Their incompetence is totally appalling and upsetting!
