I took a cell phone to be repaired on the 11 Dec. They told me the repair would take 2-3 days. Then discovered phone needed to be replaced. They called to say collect replacement phone. Went home to discover still faulty. Back to Eastgate. they then said I would have phone by 7 Jan at 11 am. I called (they did not call me) They said I could fetch replacement phone. Only to learn that it is a entry level model. Once again their error.
Tweeted my dissatisfaction. They told me to call another number, which I did. Only to be told that they could not handle complaint and I have to call another number. No answer from the final number.
This is GROSS inefficiency on behalf of Vodacom. What shocking service. APPALLING
