I went to Telkom Direct in Centurion Mall on 21 Nov to take out a contract that includes a Samsung Smart TV. The guy that helped me said the installation of the line will take a week and then maybe another week for the TV to be delivered. I have since been at the shop 4 times asking about our TV that we haven't received. The same guy helped me everytime, but the first time we went back he was on lunch and the lady told me he did not complete the order for the TV. The last time we were there he was busy at first and another consultant said there is a number you can phone to get the TV but then I had to wait for the guy that did our app to finish. He then told me that you have to communicate via email only with Samsung. He sent an email to someone that day and said he will let me know when he received a reply. That was the week before Christmas. Now it has been over 6 weeks and we have not received our TV. And no reply or feedback on why. And to top it all is that my husband received a call saying we haven't paid our account after I completed the application which included the debit order details. And we have to pay for the account without getting any use of the first month of the TV
