2 Months later. Still no TV

Hi.
THis is the 2nd report I am writing about our Smart TV deal not being delivered. We put in the order on 21 November 2013... Almost 2 months later. I spent almost 30minutes on the phone now (some of them 0861 numbers) and they are just placing me on hold telling me " there is a problem with this TV. It has not been given to us to install". Now the lady said she will phone me back because she doesnt know where the TV is. It should have been delivered last week (also not within a week - that the sales consultant said it will take) If we knew it would take this long, we would not have ordered the TV in the first place. We received our second bill now for the line rental and the Wi Fi - which is also not working that well. And we only took out the deal for the TV which we haven't received and couldn't use. So now we are actually paying for stuff we dont want.
