I logged and complaint about a month ago and I still haven't received feedback regarding the complaint. It looks like Telkom is not bothered about their customers.i am extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Telkom. I have a Telkom home line for many of year and have encountered many issues over the years. During the week of Fathers day last month my home land line wasn't working from that Thursday to Sunday hence We couldn't keep in touch with our children overseas and johannesburg eventually spoke to a lady who assured me that I will get one week and weekend rebate back into my account (You can listen to the recording). When I called the other day to query about my refund your staff mentioned there is data on the system. I would like to receive a refund ad promised and please cancel my weekender subscription ad we can't afford it because
