Cannot reach any person for assistance

Good day.

I would like to complain about Telkom help line. I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me with an order number to follow up how far in the process it is, but no one is answering. I have been trying the whole day and nothing. I have been on the phone for 30 minutes without any answering, only the compute telling me someone will help me when a consultant is available.

Please get more consultants to assist your consumers faster and more efficiently please.
