Telkom, as usual i think telkom has the most hits for the worst customer service in the world, universe... galaxy.
If Telkom was on you tube it would surpass any amount of dislikes.

Does really help to complain to telkom???

My adsl line was cut off on the 25th November till today 2nd December im still waiting for a response from telkom. I have honestly, phoned the "help Line" 21 times no jokes... waiting peroid when they put you on hold the longest ever 48 minutes, waiting for the next available consultant there after when i phoned back a further 15 times later my hold period was between 15-25 minutes before i got through. After speaking to so many consultants("your service is our priorety" ) i had the following feed back "the cables have been "
"there is no traffic signal" " We dont detect anything wrong in your area" " your line is fine" " i dont know what the problem is" Does Telkom ever tell the consultants what the... is going on. For every call i make i get a different answer. As i see on hello peter there is not even a response from them so why bother (ironic if im writing this letter) But it feels good to let everyone know.
