Unbelievably bad service

Im starting my first semester of online studies and because of a10gig data special that telkom has i went to apply for it with my dad who took it out for me at the n1 branch.
Firstly the lady Nomeka who "helped" (she was more on her cellphone than helping) us was very unprofessional, even at one stage saying that we might not get the deal even before we started the application. We already at that point felt upset but really wanted the deal which we thought was a good one. she said we will wait up to 21 days.
Thats was mid November, it is now January and we have called telkom probably 20times already and the explanations range from it will be installed by the end of the week to telkom doesnt have to infrastructure to put in the adsl line to they are waiting on a port and we will have to see then if they can help us??!!!
Also a operations manager by the name of Sharon said she would fix this for us asap but we are still waiting for her response?

This is so disappointing, I am at the point where i would just like anyone to help us please. I really would like to start my studies properly. Please help.
