I applied online for my line to be moved to my new premises on 11 November 2013. Same day receive sms to say my line is not with Telkom and they cant move until Telkom has ownership. On 12 November 2013 I received confirmation that line was migrated back to Telkom. Reapplied online on 12 November. Have never received a confirmation of receipt of information. I know Telkom received it, because they responded to my request. Visit Telkom shop in Tygervalley on 3 December 2013 to confirm status of move for date. Firstly the lady working with Brent makes me stand in the shop waiting for the call Centre to help me. The reason I went to the shop was because I had waited 30mins the morning to speak to call Centre, NOBODY answered. I wanted face time. After waiting 10mins on the phone again with no help, I started losing it. Brent then helped me apply in the system. Call them this morning to confirm date of installation, job was never completed and now I have to wait until 8 January for installation, after applying online 12 November giving Telkom a month as stated online to ensure a date close to move. Pathetic people work for you and your website functionality is just as.
