Waiting for 2weeks

Im very disappointed with Mtn i upgraded my phone in september 2013 in december the phone didnt work properly i returned it to an Mtn store, but i was taken from pillar to post from one shop to another eventualy they took it in at Mtn Crown Mines on the 23 December 2013. they said they couldnt repair the phone and ill recieve a new one they stated that their turn around time is 4hours. until today i havent recieved a phone. this is really an inconviance to me. they keep on saying they dont have stock. its been over 2weeks now and i urgently need a phone. when will they have stock and how long must i wait?
