I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in the service of MTN Richards Bay (boardwalk). Since we started dealing with MTN about 2 years ago we got a contract with the Blackberry 9800 and had endless problems not just with the phone but with the service too. Since i got the phone it has gone in 3 times now for the 4th time i sent the phone in on the 16.03.2013 when i phoned them on 25.03.2013 they inform me that the phone was only sent in to the repair center the previous day that after 10 days of being in the shop? Now I phone on 02.04.2013 and they tell me that they are now awaiting stock for the new phone. When i ask them how long ill have to wait they inform me that i have to wait another 3 weeks? And heaven forbid you ask anyone at the MTN shop for any help they are so rude and treat you as if you owe them something. I am still waiting for the manager from the MTN shop to phone me back with the investigation results on why my phone was in the shop for so long that i asked for on the 27.03.2013. My contract is up for renewal soon but i think i will rather go to another service provider that actually appreciates my business. After speaking to 4 people who promised to phone back.
