Cell c lost my cell phone

On the 28th of december 2012 ive sent my phone in for a flash repair, they gave me a turn around time of 21 days, 2weeks later i went back and they couldnt find my phone, they said they'd phone me the next day..two days later they phoned and they said they found my phone at one of the consultants house and i needed to refill in the repair forms, when i went in the phone they showed me wasnt mine, and said they'd contact me the following day.they didnt contact me i had to call them.they gave me a nokia to use at first which broke, when i sent it back they gave me s duos samsung without a charger to use..today the 11th of january 2013 they still cant find my phone and keep saying they'd phone me the following day.i expect resolution today.
