FAILURE TO DELIVER AS PROMISED

I AM A CUSTOMER WITH FNB FOR THE PAST 3YEARS, I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A SMART PHONE DEVICE ON LINE WHICH THE PROCESS CLEARLY STATED THAT I SHOULD EXPECT DELIVERY IN A PERIOD OF 2WEEKS .

AFTER 2 WEEKS I CALLED FNB TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER AS 2WEEKS HAS ELAPSED, TO MY SURPRISE I WAS TOLD THAT THERE IS NO STOCK AND I SHOULD WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK .

I HAVE NOW WAITED FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND 2WEEKS . TODAY I DECIDED TO CALL FNB AGAIN TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DELIVER MY ORDER AS STOCK IS STILL NOT AVAILABLE . HE THEN SAID THEY WILL PROBABBLY HAVE STOCK AROUND THE 2ND WEEK OF NOVEMBER .

I FELT SO FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED BY SUCH INFORMATION IN WHICH I ASKED HIM TO CANCEL THE ORDER . HE BOLDLY TOLD ME THAT IF HE CANCEL THE ORDER I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER AGAIN .

I NEED THE DEVICE BUT I WILL RATHER SPEND MORE MONEY WITH PEOPLE WHO VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVER ON SET TURN AROUND TIME THAN TO PAY LESS .
