MTN Giving me sleepless nights

I previously complained about MTN billing me wrongly and adding BIS service whilst Im using an iPhone, no one even bothered to call me or explain the incorrect billing... Im soo tired Im ready to cancel my contract and pay them off whatever the amount i don't care anymore. Id rather have peace of mind than be exploited openly.
Please give me the quotation of termination.
