I have logged a fault Ref 1122CRZ301213. over a week and no response! disgusting, go to the Telkom shop at The Glen, get told nobody can assist, so why the is the store open? Call 10210, hold for 10 minutes only for the consultant to drop the call!! inexcusable, i am so disgusted with the lack of service from Telkom, yet they are quick to deduct rental, Well i want a refund for the two weeks i have not had a line!!
