I had the unfortunate occurance of my handset packing up a month before my upgrade date. I contacted the upgrade call centre who initially informed me there was nothing they could do to assist. I then requested to speak to a team leader who informed me my average spend on the line I wished to upgrade wasn't high enough to qualify for a premature upgrade even though if they took into consideration both my lines it was more than enough however they weren't willing to do this. i then said to him I had been a customer for quite sometime and was disappointed they couldn't assist me. He then said I could upgrade based on time I then informed him I would go into the store. Jared as Westwood was highly efficient and the rest of the upgrade went smoothly. He was knowledgeable on the handsets as well as the package options. He answered all my questions perfectly and I was extreamly happy. He said he needed to bring my sim into stock so I could come back in 15 mins to collect and pay. I went back in an hour and they were closed for mosque which was very frustrating but Jared service was so good I got over this. My suggestion if they having a promotion don't close in the middle of the day.
