Refund still not done after a month of complaints

The installation fee has been deducted from my bank account twice. After several e-mails and a whole lot of calls, it is now more than a month and the money is still not paid back to me. Every time I call, the JHB accounts department tells me that the payment will be done by a certain day. When that day come, the payment was not made and if I want to query this, I struggle to get hold of someone who can assist me or get transferred from one person to the other. When I do get someone to assist me, it is the same whole story over again. This is the worste service I have ever experienced in my whole life. This is unacceptable!!! A whole month of fighting and I still do not have my money. I need the payment in my account or proof of payment made supplied to me urgently to get this matter sorted..
