When I upgraded my account I stated that Cell C must deduct my account at the beginning of the month. ON the 1st of November my account was not deducted. In the middle of the month I receives a phone call from Cell C. They informed me that it was their fold that they did not deduct my account. They also informed me that they will not block my account. I made a payment via EFT as soon as the call was ended. I informed the lady that I'm waiting for more funds and that I will make another payment as soon as I receives the money. Cell C went and block my account. I made another payment via EFT and now Cell C does not want to unblock my account. There was also no supervisor available to speak to me and I find that unacceptable.
