Complaint towards having a 2mb slow line

I have recently received my internet from telkom hoping to have brilliant speed from a 2mb line until i had realized when i was downloading the kbps ran up to a maximum of 50kps i am very irritated by this because i am paying so much for poor service my son tell me that even his friends have a 1mb line which double the speed of ours and this is not acceptable i would like for you to fix this problem as this now has become a serious matter for my family and i
