Wimax service Cancellation Not Done

I issued an email request to cancel my WiMax service and was issued with serial 83040306A and told cancellation will happen on August 29th 2013. up till today I am still being billed for the service. I have called on multiple occasions and raised web site requests and I am continually told their is a systems issues resulting the cancellation not being completed and it has been escalated but up till now I am still being charged for the service.
