Shocking service - data bundle activation issues

Unbelievably poor service from Vodacom - I have been trying to get a MicroSIm activated since 20 Dec and it STILL DOES NOT WORK! The only response from Vodacom is the standard 'we'll get back to you' which they never do. They were supposed to call on Friday but of course they didn't. I've left a msg for the team leader to call me - I'll be surprised if that happens. You have no idea of what service entails Vodacom - I'm taking your rubbish data SIM back today for a full refund.
