I am appalled as a first time customer with the service Ive received thus far. I received my contract cellphone on Friday and I am still unable to use my handset. Ive called the 082 1945 number numerous times and on Saturday was advised my line will be active on the network by Monday (which is today). Ive now misplaced my new vodacom sim card as I kept checking for network coverage and if I can make calls, I now need to do a sim swap and I was advised by the Melville Campus branch that my line is not active on the network. How long will it take for me to be able to do a sim swap and use my phone. I called the 082 1945 and each consultant tells me a different story... Moving over to Vodacom seems to be one big mistake!!! I need this matter resolved ASAP!
