Once again Vodacom rips me off

The vodacom billing dept thinks I'm its cash cow, now my bill is just over a thousand, for usage that doesn't even appear on my on line profile wen I check my balances, my allocated data is 0, my used data is 0, and oh my remaining data is 0. I queried this and they haven't reverted back to me. To top it all off, their data dept cant even ascertain on what day, as well as what download or data depleting process u were busy with. The only reason I haven't cancelled this illmanaged rip off of a contracts because when I wanted to cancel they told me il be responsible for the payments for the remainder of the contract, whilst receiving no data. I really thought that Vodacom was a professional company, but they r proving me wrong repeatedly!
