False suggested migration

A lady from vodacom call centre named Roxanne called me within the last week of September 2013 and suggested as we were such good customers to migrate our lines from 3 x 135 Top up lines, one data and one Top up 400 line that costed about R 1 700 per month to 3 x 200 Top up, a data line and a Top up 500 line that will cost R 1 100 pm. We accepted this proposal in order to save money.

Suddenly our debit order for vodacom came to over R 2 100 which we queried immediately. After numerous calls and hours trying to sort this out the persons never even returned with answers. Now we are able to upgrade but now this arrears on the account that I'm not willing to pay. There are also penalties payable when migrating back. I didn't ask for this, this was suggested to us!

Apparently call centre personnel doesn't have a clue how to do there jobs properly! This was a blatant to our faces and I'm not taking this lightly!

I really hope you see it in the same light!!!
