Poor service and having to deal with rude agents

I feel MTN has failed me in the best way possible. No company will ever beat that. After i had alerted them 2 days after a upgrade way back in August im still being billed for that nw.any issue which should have been resolved in August just like with the phones which were collected immediately at the delivery company. Now when i ask since i have been overcharged, when will i get my R500 refund. Im told that i will have to wait for October my bill will be lower than. Does MTN knw that i have other expenses besides paying for their bad service??? Why should i have to wait for a month to get my money back. What should i cover my other expenses with this month since i never budgeted for this over charge. The money will be taken from my bank account. Why is it not being refunded into my account and on top of that the agent who is claiming to be "helping"me is so arrogant and rude., just like the service i get. So i wasnt surprised in that regard. And lastly im tired of these apologies which do not put me in a position i was before. I dont want your apology i want my money paid back to my bank account or else Debit the accurate amount on monday. Disgruntled customer.
