Telkom staff unable to perform... Brain Dead!

I have a fixed monthly (callmore) phone & internet account. In November Telkom added R632, 00 onto my account for internet. They admitted it was a billing error and will correct. December's account still shows the amount as outstanding. They promise to correct their error. Now I'm receiving smses that Telkom is going to suspend my service. I have been waiting 75 minutes on their helpline listening to distorted music which seems to be streamed via a WW2 shortwave radio. How is it possible that Telkom manages to employ all the brain dead people in South Africa? Do they actually go around looking for people who have sloping foreheads and recruit them?
