More shoddy service from Telkom

Our ISDN line, which is our main business telephone line has been reported as out of order on the 31st January 2013.
After many calls and endless holding, I was finally given an escalation reference number. Its pointless!!
Everyday the call centre agent assures me that a technician is enroute. No technician ever arrives.
How long will we have to endure this very bad service? Are we still expected to pay our monthly rental fee etc? Everyday ee are loosing business and telkom doesn't give a!!
