Logged a call with Kutala on 21/08/2013 and case reference no. 6574899 was issued.
A technician was dispatch on 29/08/2013 to have a look at the problem. After running a couple a' test he established that there was an issue with the signal strength and that some maintenance work to the mast from which I receive my signal will have to be scheduled.
After more than 7 days nothing has happened and trying to bring this under the attention of the call center staff via [URL Removed] appears to be a fruitless exercise. After going through 4 consultants in an hour I'm none the wiser about how this is going to be resolved, supplying all relevant details & then get disconnected. I'm lucky if I stay connected for 30 minutes and I wonder why Telkom offers the service if there's an element of unreliability OR as I was told they depend on MTN towers for signal???
Please fix the service or cancel & terminate it if you can't render a reliable service. I don't seem to be the only one having a frustrating time with 8ta "No Coverage" problem!!! Why bother offering a low cost internet service if uptime is now less than 40%??
