Last week I contacted the call center to report a degradation of my 3G signal.

It has been weakening to almost zero over the last month or two. It used to be fantastic with documented speeds of over 7Mb/s. Now I am lucky if I have any signal at all. I am not the only one in this area on 8ta/Telkom who has this issue.

The contact center said it would take 72 hours for them to report back to me.
They never did, I had to contact them.
Contacting them via phone is almost impossible as I keep on being cut off.
Using the online chat session does get assistance but often the line is dropped mid call.

The last advice from the call center was that I should have a good signal in my area.
They suggested I should try roaming.
I followed their advice but the signal has not improved in the least. I do not have this issue on the device when I am at home, only at work in Midrand.

I have not had my issue addressed and the advice they have given me is next to useless. Please restore your once great signal and service, you used to be one of the best, now you are the worst.
