THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED

WE'VE MOVED OUR BUSINESS TO NEW PREMISES IN MARCH 2012. TELKOM INFORMED US THAT WE NEED TO GET A NEW NUMBER AS WE CAN'T CARRY OUR OLD NUMBER OVER TO THE NEW PREMISES! THEY SUGGESTED A TELKOM ANSWERING SERVICE, FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, SO THAT WHEN A CLIENT PHONES IN THEY WILL GET A MESSAGE THAT WILL TELL THEM, THAT THE NUMBER HAS CHANGED AND THAT THEY MUST CONTACT THE NEW NUMBER! AFTER A MONTH THE LINE WILL BE CANCELLED! WE THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL IDEA AND EXCEPTED THE OFFER!! WE NEVER NEW THAT, THAT OPTION WILL TURN OUT TO BE ONE MASSIVE NIGHTMARE LATER!! I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING, SPEAKING TO MORE THAN A 100 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO GET MY PROBLEM SORTED OUT, SEND FROM PERSON TO PERSON... ASKED TO SEND EMAILS... FOR THE PAST 15 MONTHS, UP TO TODAY, I'M STILL PAYING FOR A BUSINESS LINE THAT IS NOT IN USE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CANCELLED! UP TO TODAY IT IS STILL NOT TAKEN OF OUR ACCOUNT! NO ONE WANTS TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT AND NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE THE BLAME!! AND IF I DON'T PAY THEY WILL CUT OUR BUSINESS LINE!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED AND BECAUSE TELKOM IS SO BIG IT IS EVEN IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A "BOSS" AND THE MANAGERS DON'T PHONE BACK!!! WHERE CAN I GO?
