Hi, I'm trying to settle my current account/contract i have with Cell C to take out a new one on the Samsung S4. I went to the Cell C shop in Lakeside mall where the shop assistant said i should dial 140 to get a settlement amount and send a cancellation request through ext.
I've phoned 140 where i spoke to several people advising i should speak to the retrenchment department. I was transferred to retrenchment department where i was cut off once and had to repeat the process.
I emailed customer care where David phoned me back and apologize for the delay and he will log a call for me. It will take 48 working hrs. This was Monday and i haven't heard from Cell C about my settlement amount/commitment amount on my contract.
I phone yesterday afternoon where i was once again put through to the accounts department when Lebo informed me they are off line i must phone back later. She didnt even take my details

Can Someone please just send me my settlement amount and cancellation request form. Its been almost 2 weeks that i've been struggling with this. I just want to close one account so that i can open another because i don't want to end up with 2 contracts that is unnecessary
