Zestlife has been incorrectly debiting my account since October 2013. My agreed debit order in my contract with them is R199. In October 2013 they debited my account with an amount of R399, I contacted them to correct and spoke to Karen Conway who said that she would investigate and get back to me, I followed up but had no response. On 25 November Zestlife went a step further and debited my account with the amount of R577.60. I then emailed and called Karen but no response. I demand that the money that was debited (R578.60) from my account be returned by close of business 27 November 2013 as this is a serious breach of my contract and extremely unethical behavior from Zestlife
