You guys are just about the worst service provider in South Africa. I cannot even describe my level of irate towards Vodacom. My account was arreared in December 2013. Vodacom asked me to do a payment at Standard Bank with a M65 slip. I confirmed the amount by 3 consultants before I made it, due to my vacation trip between 26 Dec and 6 January, knowing I need my phone on the road.
On the 3rd of January, my phone got suspended again. This was apparently cause Vodacom gave me the wrong amount to pay. As I am on the road, *uck knows I luckily had my internet banking resources with me and did a quick eft at a coffee shop. I've sent the PoP to Vodacom and the consultant confirmed my line would be unsuspended right away. After 13 calls to Vodacom the next day, 3 of the calls dropped after I explained my story, the other consultants made stories up about nothing be processed yet and that I need to do this and that and forbid if something happens to me I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere. So Vodacom needs to know that although I explained the importance of my phone on the road, they still seems not to give a, even after I paid them. I am cancelling my contract as soon as it expires
