Vodacom

I have had cell nr 0721820256 withn Vodacom since 2004! For the past year I have been receiving communication and phone calls directly from Vodacom asking to speak to a Mr Mduduzi. I keep on explaining this is a concern to me because this has been my number for many years. a few minutes ago, one of the Vodacom consultants phoned me again asking for mr Mduduzi and when I explained my concern to her again she dropped the phone in my ear??? is this how Vodacom treats their clients? I am concerned about possible on my Vodacom account and instead of going the extra mile for your clients trying to resolve the matter, a phone gets dropped in my ear?? This is Shocking!!!
