Billing mess-up once again

I received a sms saying payment must be made to avoid suspension of my account within 2 days, I made payment of R181 and still my account was suspended. I have proof of payment and I tried calling 808 for assistance and on 2 occasions i held on the line for longer than 10 minutes and then dropped the line because i couldn't hold on any longer. I'm tired of this happening to me every 6 months. I want my account activated asap!
